Ingredients
8 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold (makes 4 bunnies)
1 egg, beaten
Honey-Butter:
Combine 1 part softened butter with 1 part honey
Instructions
Flatten 1 roll into a circle for the body. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Cut another roll in half. From one half, cut a small piece for the tail. The larger piece will be the head. Flatten each of these pieces into circles. Place the head above the body and the small circle in the tail position.
Divide the remaining half roll into 2 equal pieces and shape into ears. Place ears on top of head at different angles. Repeat to make 3 more bunnies.
Brush bunnies with egg. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Push tails in during baking cycle. Serve with Honey-Butter.
