Ingredients

1 loaf Rhodes™ Bread Dough, slightly thawed
1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

Sprinkle sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt on counter top or breadboard.
Cut loaf of bread dough in half lengthwise and widthwise. Cut each section into 8 thin pieces, ending up with 32 pieces.

Roll each piece to 15 inches in length. Brush with butter and then roll in cheese/salt mixture.

Place on large sprayed cookie sheet. Let rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
