Amy

Amy Hall works for Rhodes Bake-N-Serve where she loves to cook and try new recipes. She has been with Rhodes for over 10 years. Her favorite Rhodes recipe is Raspberry Bread Pudding. “I just tried bread pudding for the first time this year and was in heaven,” she says. Amy is married and has 3 children who keep her extremely busy. They have a love for the outdoors - camping, boating, snowboarding, football and baseball are at the top of the list.  Go Cubs!

Katie

Katie Seamons works for Rhodes in the Human Resource department. She loves her job, especially working with the employees. She is a recent home owner and loves having a house and yard to work in. She lived in Germany for a little over a year and loves anything German...especially the chocolate. :) She enjoys playing sports, playing the piano, scrapbooking, doing anything outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family. "There is nothing like a good slice of Rhodes bread, straight from the oven, with butter and jam," says Katie. "Yum!!" 



Rebecca

Rebecca is the mother of five children ranging in age from 5 to just shy of 16. Four girls and one boy make up the group. This is her first thought of who she is right now because it takes up the majority of her time.  Between taking kids to swim practice, swim meets, ballet lessons, acting class volunteering at the school ..... Need she go on?  She has been working at Rhodes for 2 1/2  years helping with in-store demos and classes at corporate headquarters on a part time basis.  She has loved working for Rhodes and feeling like an individual again.  Cooking is a love of hers and she just likes to eat food in general.  She has interests in photography, gardening, jewlery making, and loves a good book. Her new love is yoga and swimming and she's currently taking a little more time for herself with her youngest in now in kindergarten! Yah!



Lisa

Lisa

Lisa Rogers is the wife of Mitch Rogers, Rhodes designer and photographer. She is a "stay at school" aka stay at home mom of 3 amazing children. Lisa was born and raised in Texas and her favorite things are FAMILY, FRIENDS and FOOD! She enjoys a dance fitness program called ZUMBA. She volunteers for her local PTA and also serves the youth of her church. Lisa loves to travel with her family and recently enjoyed a 7 day Disney Cruise. Her favorite Rhodes recipe is Butterscotch Bubble Loaf. "It's best not to leave me a lone with this, there may not be any left!" she says.



Tiffany

Tiff

Tiffany works in the finance department at Rhodes and loves her job. She has been with Rhodes for just over one year. She is married and is mommy to 3 four-legged children. When she gets a moment, she loves to spend time outdoors, especially gardening and working in the yard. Her first recipe contribution to the Rhodes collection was Caramel Apple Empanadas, but her favorite to eat is the Italian Sausage Braid.

Julie

Julie is the Customer Satisfaction Supervisor and has been with Rhodes for 16 years. She loves the people that she works with. "We are like family", she says. "We share in each others joy and sorrow". She has 5 beautiful children and is a Grandmother to 9 amazing grandchildren. She likes to travel, read, quilt and spend time with her family.



Mara

Mara

Mara has worked at Rhodes for 9 years. She has 4 children and 11 wonderful grandchildren who are the light of her life. She has spent her entire working career in the food and grocery industry, working at retail stores and division offices (Albertsons), then food brokers and now the manufacturer, Rhodes. She considers her job at Rhodes her "dream job"; she loves what she does and the people she works with. Her interests are traveling with her husband (beach vacations are the BEST!), gardening, attending her grandchildren's sporting and music events, and even still enjoys playing a little volleyball herself when the ole shoulder allows for it! Her favorite Rhodes treat by far is Parkerhouse rolls, hot out of the oven, smothered in real butter.



Carrie

Carrie

Carrie absolutely loves working for Rhodes, so much that it’s where she has been for the past 19 years. She loves being with her family & friends, spending time outdoors riding her bike, working in the yard, celebrating (everything), baking yummy treats and making new friends. “I am the LUCKIEST girl in the world. I am the proud mom to 4 cute kids, yeller at the dogs, keeper of the house, mower of the lawn and a lover of chocolate.” Her favorite Rhodes recipe? “That’s easy, making Calzones with my kids, no wait…Butterscotch Bubble Loaf, maybe it’s Homemade Pizza, I really like French Toast Pockets, oh’ my goodness, the Buttery Breadsticks, too many to choose!” One thing is for certain, this girl loves the life she lives.



Kenny

Kenny

Kenny works as the president of Rhodes. He has been with the company for over 20 years and he loves the people and culture of Rhodes. He and his wife, Rebecca have 7 children. Kenny loves to cook for his family, especially big Sunday dinners. His favorite Rhodes recipe is the lemon Pull-Aparts as his mother came up with the original recipe. His other interests are yoga, pilates, kiteboarding, skiing, mountain biking and gardening.



Jessi

Jessi

Jessi Maddock has worked for Rhodes for nearly 10 years. Currently, she works in the Art Department and Human Resources. In addition to working at Rhodes, she is a senior in college studying Mass Communication. Jessi is a free spirit who loves hanging out with friends, eating honey (she loves honey so much she named her dog Honey), taking random adventures, and creating new types of grilled cheese (her most recent involved Rhodes White Bread, honey, freshly shredded Monterey jack cheese, and a squirt of lime juice). She is the main cook in her family, cooking for her mom, dad, and sister. Jessi has two rules in the kitchen: ingredients that smell good together will taste good together and honey goes well with EVERYTHING!

Stacie Wheeler works for Rhodes in the IT department. She enjoys working on website development and the Rhodes blog. She is the mother of 6 and loves trying new recipes for her family. Her favorite Rhodes recipe is Braided Spaghetti Bread. Her pastimes include coaching soccer, reading, and scrapbooking.



Whitney

Jessi

Whitney is the Research and Development Chef at Rhodes Bake-N-Serv. She holds her degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. She also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English and is currently finishing up a PhD in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences. Her favorite pastime is cooking, but she also loves traveling, boating, writing, snowmobiling, and camping. She lives in Utah’s picturesque Cache Valley with her wonderful husband. Her favorite Rhodes recipe is Bananas Foster Medallions.
